Welcome to America’s favorite reality show: Red vs. Blue.

It’s like a game show, except nobody wins and the prize is usually a tax hike.

Every election cycle, we’re force-fed this same tired narrative:
“If the other side wins, it’s the end of America.”

🔴 Republicans swear that if Democrats get power, we’ll all be living in a communist vegan co-op.

🔵 Democrats swear that if Republicans win, we’ll all be hunting dinner with slingshots while wearing church-issued uniforms.

It’s always doomsday. Always the final battle. Always the most important election of your life.

Funny how they keep saying that every two years—and yet the same problems never get solved.

The two-party system is rigged to keep us fighting.
It’s a manufactured loyalty that turns us into unpaid brand ambassadors for politicians who couldn’t fix a leaky faucet, let alone a country.

Trump fans wear red hats like they’re team jerseys.
The Democrats are over here printing bumper stickers faster than they can pass legislation.

Each side is obsessed with dunking on the other like political Twitter is the new Super Bowl.

You’ve got people out here ready to cut family ties over who they voted for, but won’t show up to a city council meeting that actually impacts their daily life.

The irony?
Local politics shape your community more than who’s sitting in the Oval Office.

While we’re distracted by the Red vs. Blue game show, the people in power are robbing the prize vault.

They pass bills with more fine print than an iTunes user agreement and nobody reads them.

They tack on secret pay raises, corporate kickbacks, and pork-barrel projects that benefit their donors—not us.

We argue over:

🔥 Gas stoves
🏳️‍🌈 Pronouns
🚩 Which flag to fly

…but we ignore the trillion-dollar budget that just flew through Congress faster than a TikTok trend.

We care more about “owning the libs” or “crushing the conservatives” than we do about actual policy.

Even the debates have become theater.
They’re less about substance and more about who can deliver the sickest one-liner.

It’s a glorified roast battle, and we treat it like a sacred event.

Cable news pours gasoline on the fire.
Fox News and MSNBC are just two sides of the same coin—both dangling red meat in front of their viewers to keep them angry enough to keep watching, but never informed enough to actually solve anything.

You can tell how staged it is by how quickly they pivot from “breaking news” to a pillow commercial.

Nothing screams national emergency like a BOGO sale on memory foam.

Social media is even worse.
Algorithms shove us into echo chambers where we only hear our own team and start thinking the other side is basically supervillains.

The system is built to make us hate each other because that hatred is profitable.

Imagine if you applied the Red vs. Blue logic to your garage:
“I only use red wrenches because the blue ones are trying to destroy America.”

That’s how stupid this game is.

Both sides pretend like they’re working for us, but they’re really working for themselves and their donors.

We’re the ones holding the bill while they toss tax cuts to billionaires and pretend they’re helping the little guy.

Here’s the truth:
It’s not Red vs. Blue. It’s all of them vs. us.

They’re counting on us to keep playing this stupid game so they can keep looting the prize vault while we fight over slogans.

It’s time to stop being contestants.
It’s time to unplug from the game show and start running our own damn lives.
